Personality: Forgiving and merciful, typically carries out the crimes of he and his brother involving theft as opposed to murder. He likes to use his those sealed away by his brother with summoning jutsu.

History: Seimi and his brother were originally to be executed for learning several of their land's forbidden Jutsu, but they had become so skilled in these jutsu that they easily killed the men sent after them. After they left a wake of terror and destruction in their land, the two found their way to the land of fire, and are now searching for unique weapons and other powerful items.
Event: Any seven swordsman characters will be occasionally targeted along with other characters who have unique items or weapons, the shinigami brothers will randomly appear in mission threads and in certain threads outside of villages, and sometimes they will attack villages. Missions can be given to eliminate these two, and will be treated as mission threads instead of event threads. Eventually, an event thread will be made for the possible deaths of these two characters
