History:    When he was young Setsuna was out playing next to a lake and ran out on the dock. He leaned over to look down into the water and saw something large moving down in the water and leaned over to get a better look. In an instant he fell over and was sinking fast. As he got deeper and kept struggling but was saved by a passer-by this scarred him deeply. To this day he cant even get close to water without shuddering and avoiding it at all costs.

Justsu/abilities:
super heavy boulder jutsu: makes whatever the user is touching (or him/herself) extremely heavy.

super light weight boulder jutsu: makes whatever the user is touching (or him/herself) extremely light. if progressed high enough (lets say jonin) can be used to fly as Tsuchikage did.

stone substitution jutsu: makes a clone out of rock to evade an attack or run away

stone javelin jutsu: hurls a stone spear wherever the user is pointing

stone cloak jutsu: cloaks various parts of his body in stone. usually paired with super light weight boulder and/or super heavy boulder jutsu.
