Unfortunately, at the result of a long conversation, Slayer and I have decided that removing Chikara-ju from the site will be beneficial to us. We don't know if they'll be removed forever, or if they'll be granted through events, but for now they no longer exist, so please adjust your CS's accordingly... you three active members....
